What is Lipedema?
Lipedema is a chronic condition causing symmetrical fat buildup (usually legs/arms), often painful and resistant to diet or exercise. Common signs:
- Heaviness & tenderness in legs/arms
- Easy bruising
- Swelling that worsens through the day
- Painful to the touch; dieting doesn’t change it

What is Lymphedema?
Lymphedema is swelling due to impaired lymphatic drainage, often following surgery, radiation, or lymph node removal. Signs include:
- One limb more swollen than the other
- Tightness, pitting, or skin changes
- Heaviness and reduced range of motion
- History of surgery, radiation, or lymph node removal

Our 3-Step Wellness Pathway:
Step 1: Consultation & Baseline
Comprehensive intake + education. Thermography scan visualizes inflammation & circulation. Personalized plan with clear next steps.
Step 2: Relief Phase (Weeks 1-6)
Weekly sessions alternating between Lympha Method™ and a Recovery Session (pressotherapy, PEMF, red light, optional Halo Sauna). Self-care habits taught and reinforced.
Step 3: Restore Phase (Weeks 7-12+)
Biweekly rotation to stabilize results and reduce flare-ups. Home plan refined for long-term support.

Do you accept insurance?
We don’t bill insurance directly. Many clients use HSA/FSA for eligible wellness services. We can provide a detailed receipt upon request.
Is this painful?
No. Our approach is gentle and calming. We avoid deep pressure that can worsen tenderness.
How fast will I feel a difference?
Many clients notice changes in comfort and lightness after the first few sessions, with cumulative improvements through the 12-week pathway.
What should I wear/bring?
Wear comfortable clothing and bring compression garments if you use them. We’ll review dry brushing and simple movement.
Can you coordinate with my doctor or surgeon?
Yes — with your permission we can share progress summaries and collaborate as part of your broader care team.
