The Aspen Harmonizer is a hands-free sound wave technology used in the Aspen Multi-Energy System. This system is a non-surgical approach aimed at addressing the side effects and complications of plastic surgery, especially capsular contracture after breast augmentation.
- Loosens and softens scar tissue: The sound waves help to loosen and soften scar tissue that can develop after surgeries like breast procedures, tummy tucks, liposuction, and facelifts.
- Improves breast tissue and reduces lumpiness: In cases of breast procedures, it aims to improve breast shape and softness. After liposuction, it can help reduce lumpiness.
- Enhances skin tightness: It can be used to improve skin tightness after procedures like tummy tucks.
- Addresses capsular contracture: A key application is the treatment of capsular contracture, a complication where a capsule of scar tissue hardens around breast implants. The ultrasound waves are thought to increase elasticity within the breast capsule and can enhance the effectiveness of antibiotics in combating biofilm, which is often implicated in capsular contracture.
